Making requests in Business Internet Banking

Got a request? Make it online. Take a look at the ways Business Internet Banking can make the things you occasionally need to do as easy as an everyday task.

Use account services to:

  • Ask us to stop a cheque -this service is free online
  • Request more information on a transaction 
  • Order a replacement authentication or debit card
  • Get more information about interest rates and charges

How to find it

Select ‘More actions’ in the account where the service is needed

Select ‘Account services’ from the menu

Complete the required form. Your account details will be completed already.

Track the progress of the service in your inbox

We’ll be in touch with you once the service is completed. 

  • We’ll respond to your request within 24 hours if it’s submitted within our business hours which are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. If you submit a request outside of these hours, we’ll respond the following working day.

    You can raise a request online to either find out more about a transaction, query interest, fees and charges or request a replacement debit or authentication card. Please note when requesting a card online, this does not include requests for new business debit or credit cards. To request a new business credit card call us on 0345 300 0268 (open Monday to Friday 9:00- 17:00). If you are requesting to stop a cheque online, this is free. Please note that we won’t be able to stop a cheque it if it has been cashed or used already.

    You can track the progress of your request by visiting your digital mailbox online. 

    Please note if you are trying to tell us that your card has been lost or stolen please call us on 0800 028 8335, or for a Business Credit Card 0345 300 2924.

  • How long will my request take?

    It depends when it is submitted, we’ll respond to your request within 24 hours if submitted within our business hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. If you submit a request outside of these hours, we’ll respond the following working day. 

    How can I check the progress of my request?

    You can track the progress of your request by visiting your digital mailbox online.

    What will you use my email address for?

    We will only use the email address you give us within the form to update you about the request. It will not be shared with external parties or used in any other way.
