On the 19th August 2010, Lloyds Banking Group plc, announced its intention to close Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited on the 31st December 2010. On the 31st December 2010, all the assets and liabilities of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited transferred into Bank of Scotland plc through a merger and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited ceased to exist.

Bank of Scotland plc has appointed Pepper Asset Servicing (“Pepper”) who will be responsible for all account management and servicing activity. Please note that this is not a transfer of your Mortgage which will remain with the Bank.

It is important that you continue to meet your mortgage repayments.
