Order a replacement Business Debit Card
Order a replacement Business Debit Card if your current one is damaged.
If your card is lost or stolen, it’s important you report this to us immediately

- Log in to Business Internet Banking.
- Go to ‘More actions’ next to the account you need the card for.
- Select ‘Account services’ then ‘Request replacement card’.
- Complete the on-screen instructions and select ‘Submit’.
You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.
- In the app, select ‘Cards’ from the bottom menu, then ‘Replace card’.
- You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.
