Change who can access your accounts
You can give people full or limited access to your accounts. Adding someone with full access means they can:
- make payments on your behalf
- talk to us about a transaction
- apply for new products for your business
- access Business Internet Banking.

Download our Business Banking app to change who can access your accounts.

- Log in to Business Internet Banking.
- Go to ‘Admin’ then select the ‘Your business’ tab within User Management.
- Select ‘Add/Remove people’ to get started.
- Select the cog icon in the top right of the screen, this will take you to Profile and settings.
- Next, open ‘User Management’ to get started.
