Change your business address

If you’re a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Business Internet Banking and the Business banking app.

Business Internet Banking

  1. Log in to Business Internet Banking​.
  2. Select Admin then Your business tab.
  3. Under Business contact details select Addresses​.
  4. Choose the address you want to update, select Change​ and follow the on‑screen guidance.

To approve your changes, please have your mobile phone or card reader ready.

  1. Select the Profile and settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. In the Profile tab, tap View and update your addresses.
  3. Within Business contact details, select Addresses, then the address you want to update and follow the on-screen guidance.
