To cancel a payment you’ve already made you'll need to call our International Helpdesk on 0345 300 0101.
We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to cancel the transaction once the money has left your account.

Your payment may have been rejected because some information is missing or was entered incorrectly.
For a payment to be successful you need:
- BIC/Swift code
- IBAN number
- Recipients bank name and bank address
- Recipients name and address

BIC and IBAN numbers are only used in international payments.
A Bank Identifier Code (BIC) – sometimes referred to as a Swift code, – is a number that helps identify the recipient’s bank.
An International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is a number that helps identify the account you’re are paying money to.
