Get more out of your statements in Business Internet Banking

There's more you can do with your statements in Business Internet Banking, select an option below to learn more.

  • If you’re looking for a specific transaction – for example, a purchase or a bill payment – you can search your history by ‘Search your statement’. You can search by date, description or the type of transaction over a three-month period.

Change the order of your transactions: to see your latest transactions at the top or bottom of your statement, just select the green triangle next to the Date field. This will flip the order of your statement.

  • Your improved Online for Business statement has quick links to recent months, so it’s even easier to find your way around when you’re looking for recent transactions.

You’ll find these links at the top of the transaction list, just below the search bar.

  • You can find out more about a specific transaction by clicking on the transaction description. It will expand to show further details.

  • Use the tools at the bottom of your statement to quickly export or print your statement, or order a paper statement to be delivered to you.

Save time and do less admin by exporting your statements

You can easily export your statement to a separate data file at the bottom of the page, allowing you to import the transaction history into your own accounting software. This saves you the time and hassle of having to manually enter transactions.

All your transactions on one page, making exporting easier

A new layout makes it easy to find older transactions. Simply scroll down the page and select ‘Load more transactions’ until you find what you’re looking for.

To help with your accounting, you’ll also be able to export the transactions that are shown by going to ‘Statement options’ and choosing ‘Export transactions’. Make sure you select ‘All shown on screen’.
