Report a lost or stolen Business Card
If your Business Card has been lost, stolen, misused, or given to someone else, please contact us right away. This applies to your PIN or security details too.
Payment cards include:

- Business Cashpoint® Card
- Business Credit Card
- Business Charge Card

If your Business Debit or Cashpoint Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to report the issue on 0345 300 0268.
If your Business Credit or Charge Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us on 0345 607 1703.

To report your Business Card has been lost or stolen, message us in the business banking app.
- In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’.
- Ask the assistant to 'report your Business Card has been lost or stolen’.
