Report a lost or stolen Business Card

If your Business Card has been lost, stolen, misused, or given to someone else, please call us right away.  This applies to your PIN or security details too.

Payment cards include:

  • Business Debit Card
  • Business Cashpoint® Card
  • Business Credit Card
  • Business Charge Card

To report your Business Card has been lost or stolen, message us in the business banking app.

  1. In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’. 
  2. Ask the assistant to 'report your Business Card has been lost or stolen’.
