Order a replacement Business Debit Card if your current one is damaged.
If your card is lost or stolen, it’s important you report this to us immediately.

In the business banking app, go to Support then Message us.
Ask the assistant to ‘Order a replacement debit card’.
You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.

Give us a call and we’ll send you a replacement Business Debit Card.
We're open Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm. This excludes bank holidays.

- Log in to Business Internet Banking.
- Go to More actions next to the account you need the card for.
- Select Account services then Request replacement card.
- Complete the on-screen instructions and select Submit.
You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.
