Mental health in the workplace
Supporting the wellbeing and mental health of your employees should always be a priority, and never more so than now, when we are all dealing with the uncertainty brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. It can at times feel both emotionally and financially overwhelming, which is why understanding mental health and the support available could make a big difference to yourself and your employees. Our 'Mental health in the workplace’ guide (PDF, 2.08MB), developed in collaboration with Mental Health UK, provides specific guidance on developing and promoting positive mental health, and how to make it work for businesses.
Mental Health UK has also developed some additional resources to help people with immediate challenges, such as adapting to home-working and boosting wellbeing during social distancing.
