Change your business address

If you’re a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business mobile banking app. Or you can complete a form and send it to us.

Online

Have either your card and card reader or mobile phone ready to approve your changes.

 

​In Business Internet Banking​

  1. Log into Business Internet Banking​.
  2. Select Admin​.
  3. In the Business Details section, select Your addresses​.
  4. This screen displays your address details.  Find the address you want to update and select Change​.
  5. Follow the onscreen guidance.​
  6. You’ll need to verify yourself using your card and reader once you’ve made your changes.  You’ll then get a reference number.

Business mobile banking app

Have either your card and card reader or mobile phone ready to approve your changes. 

  1. Select the cog icon in the top right of the screen, this will take you to Profile and settings.
  2. Select Your addresses then the address you want to update and follow the on-screen guidance.
