Find your IBAN and BIC

IBAN is your International Bank Account Number.

BIC is the Bank Identifier Code.

You need these to receive payments from some countries. They're used instead of your account number and sort code.

You can find them in Business Internet Banking or on your paper statement.

If you're paying a person or company in the EU or EEA, or certain other countries, you'll need their IBAN and BIC.

I’m registered for Business Internet Banking

1) Log in to Business Internet Banking.

2) Select More actions next to the account the money is being paid into.

3) Select Account information and benefits to find the IBAN and BIC.
