Order a replacement Business Debit Card

Order a replacement Business Debit Card if your current one is damaged.

If your card is lost or stolen, it’s important you report this to us immediately.

  1. Log in to Business Internet Banking.
  2. Go to More actions next to the account you need the card for.
  3. Select Account services then Request replacement card.
  4. Complete the on-screen instructions and select Submit.

You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.
