Update your business phone number
It’s important that we have your correct phone number, in case we need to get in touch. We may also use it to check it’s you when making online purchases and payments.
If you are a Full Access User, please add new numbers or remove incorrect ones using online banking or the mobile app.
To update an existing number, you need to add a new one then you can remove the old one. You cannot remove the last phone number we have for your business.

- Log in to the app.
- Select the cog icon in the top right of the screen.
- In the ‘Profile’ tab, select ‘View and update your contact details’.
- In the ‘Business’ tab, this shows your business phone numbers.
- To update a number, first add a new one, then remove the old one.

- Log in to Business Internet Banking.
- Select ‘Admin’ in the top right of the page.
- In the ‘Your Business’ tab, select ‘Email and phone numbers’.
- In the ‘Business’ tab, this shows your business phone numbers.
