Change your business address

If you’re a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Business Internet Banking and the Business banking app.

Have either your card and card reader or mobile phone ready to approve your changes.

In Business Internet Banking

  1. Log in to Business Internet Banking.
  2. Select ‘Admin’​ then ‘Your business’ tab.
  3. Under ‘Business contact details’ select ‘Addresses​’.
  4. This screen displays your address details.  Find the address you want to update and select 'Change'​.
  5. Follow the onscreen guidance.​

You’ll need to verify yourself using your card and reader once you’ve made your changes.  You’ll then get a reference number.

It's easy in the app

  1. Open the app and tap the ‘Profile and settings’ icon in the top-right corner.
  2. In the ‘Profile’ tab, tap ‘View and update your addresses’.
  3. Select ‘Addresses’ in the next screen.
  4. This screen displays your address details.  Find the address you want to update and select ‘Change’.
  5. Follow the on-screen guidance.
