It’s always available and it can answer questions on more than 140 topics.
And if it doesn’t know, it’ll point you in the direction of someone who does.

What can the virtual assistant do?

Our virtual assistant can help in a few ways. It can:

  • answer questions
  • give you instructions
  • do something for you, like order you a new PIN.

Tips for chatting to the virtual assistant

  • Keep your questions short and clear.
  • Ask just one thing at a time.
  • Try not to use text abbreviations – for example, write ‘you’ not ‘U’.
  • Use the buttons to reply.
