Developed in partnership with Mental Health UK, the content in this hub is designed to provide tips and guidance for improving mental health and building resilience to help set you and your business up for success.

Free therapeutic coaching sessions – book yours today

In partnership with Mental Health UK, we are offering a limited number of free therapeutic coaching sessions to UK business owners and leaders, delivered by expert coaches from Mental Health UK.

Therapeutic coaching is an innovative blend of counselling and coaching designed to help you to reach your potential as a business owner or leader whilst considering the impact on your mental health. Mental Health UK coaches are qualified coaches with a background in mental health support so are uniquely placed to help you work through any challenges you may be facing.

The course includes three sessions as follows:

  • an initial 45-minute introductory session,
  • two further 45-minute sessions to explore your challenges and goals, identify areas of focus and agree on how to move forward.

Sessions are very limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
