How can Asset Finance help your business?

To keep your business running smoothly – and growing in line with your plans – you may need to purchase new vehicles, equipment or machinery. We know this can be costly, so we offer solutions to help you spread the cost.

Hire Purchase

  • Purchase new and used assets, and spread the cost over an agreed term.
  • Lloyds Bank can typically fund up to 90% of the purchase price of the asset.
  • When the term ends, you can pay a small ‘transfer of title’ fee and own the asset. It’s then yours to use or sell.

Finance Lease

  • Hire and use the asset you need, and spread the cost over an agreed term.
  • Lloyds Bank can fund up to 100% of the purchase price, and VAT is paid on the rental payments, rather than the overall purchase price.
  • At the end of the lease, you have the option to extend the lease or request to sell the asset at fair market value, where you will receive the majority of the sale proceeds.
