Support when a branch closes
The way our customers choose to bank with us is constantly changing. As a result, sometimes it is necessary to close, relocate or even open new branches.
To find out more about how we’ve made the decision to close a particular branch, see our Branch Review or ask in branch for a copy.
When making changes to our branch network, we always look to understand the impact on our customers – including how they continue to access banking services.
Because of this, we may sometimes have a Community Banker visit the area after the branch closes. We also work with LINK to carry out assessments of places which might need better cash access services which may result in a Banking Hub or Deposit Service being set up in a nearby location.
-
LINK may have already looked at your area and made a recommendation to make things better. If not, you can request an access to cash assessment in your area.
