Order a replacement business debit card PIN

Here’s what to do if you need to order a replacement business debit, credit or charge card PIN.

Registered for the business banking app? 

You can view your business debit card PIN in the app, find how to view your debit card PIN

To order a replacement PIN in the mobile app:

  1. Go to ‘Support’ at the bottom.
  2. Select ‘ Message us’.
  3. Ask the assistant to ‘Order a new PIN’.
