Order replacement Business Internet Banking authentication card
You can use your authentication card to log on, add recipients and make payments.
Here’s how to order a new authentication card.

To order replacement authentication card, message us in the business banking app.
- In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’.
- Ask the assistant to 'Order a replacement authentication card’.
You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.

If you have a new PIN as well:
When your replacement authentication card arrives, it’s best to activate it at a Bank of Scotland or Lloyds Bank Cashpoint©.
- Put your card in and enter your new PIN.
- Select ‘PIN services’, then ‘Unlock PIN’.
Your card and PIN will now be ready to use.
If you are using the same PIN as before:
You don’t need to activate your replacement authentication card as you can use it with the same PIN as before.
Order in Business Internet Banking
- Log in to Business Internet Banking.
- Select More actions.
- Select Account services, then Request replacement card.
