Order a new credit book

Order a new credit book for your business accounts. These are often called paying in books.

To order a new credit book for your business accounts using Business Internet Banking, you'll need to log in. Log in to Business Internet Banking


From August 2026, we're refreshing Business Internet Banking with new branding, an updated design and improved navigation. Over the next few weeks, you may see either the current layout or the new experience. The guidance below will help you with both versions.

 

If you see the new look, use these steps

  1. Go to ‘More' underneath the relevant account.
  2. Select ‘Manage this account’.
  3. Select ‘New cheque or credit book’.
  4. Complete the on-screen instructions and select ‘Submit’.

Your new credit book should arrive to your registered business address within 14 working days.

 

If you don’t see the new look, use these steps

  1. Go to ‘More Actions’ for the relevant account.
  2. Select ‘Account services’.
  3. Select ‘Order cheque book or credit book’.
  4. Complete the on-screen instructions and select ‘Submit’.

Your new credit book should arrive to your registered business address within 14 working days.

  • In the app, go to 'Support' then 'Message us'.

    Ask the assistant to 'Order a new credit book'.

    We'll send it out to you by post.

    PIB (space)

    Your 6-digit sort code (space)

    Your 8-digit account number.

    For example: PIB 300000 00000000

    We will confirm by text that we’ve received your order.
