i|SITE has been designed specifically for the needs of Client Banking customers. Helping you manage multiple client accounts, it offers real-time banking facilities that could deliver significant efficiencies to both your organisation and your clients.
Real-time data for instant transactions
With i|SITE, you can open your client accounts immediately, transfer funds quickly and monitor account transactions using live data. Not only does this allow you to offer a faster, more efficient funds management service to your clients, it enables you to manage your interest earnings more effectively.
i|SITE is a secure environment for your client accounts. You are in full control of the system, choosing who can gain access to the account information you hold. Access can be gained by your authorised personnel from wherever they happen to be.
Full, customisable reports
A full suite of reports allows you to interrogate your accounts using live data. This is a huge advance over traditional reports which become outdated as soon as they are collated. Reports can be customised to suit your purpose and can be viewed, printed and exported to other documents. Full audit logs are available if required.
Manage your interest payments
Bank of Scotland pays interest on the total value of the accounts you hold, not on each individual account. This means you can earn extra income by paying a competitive rate on certain accounts or reward your best clients with a higher interest rate.
†Open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
